"TO THE MANAGER PLEASE COME TO THE FRONT!!!! I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to share my experience with a recent order I placed from Hala Bros Grill on Utica. Unfortunately, the meal I received did not match my order, and I encountered several issues.I had ordered lamb over rice with vegetables and requested the sauce on the side. However, the instructions were not followed correctly. One of the bowls had significantly less meat than the other, and the sauce was not provided on the side as requested, especiallyif i called when i put in the order. Instead, it was placed on the wrong meal.Additionally, the lamb itself didn’t taste fresh it seemed off and had an unpleasant flavor, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal I couldn't even eat the food it sent me straight to the bathroom.I understand that mistakes can happen, but this experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the cost $45. I would appreciate a refund or some form of compensation for this order."

The workers are not There was like three females, and they all had bad attitudes like if they didn’t even want to work therethey don’t make you feel welcomed when you walk in the store they do not greet you no hello welcome to halal bros can I take your order? You literally have to walk in there and say hello A few times for one of the workers to actually notice you or get your attention just for me to say I would like to order."
