"The owner was very nice, helpful and friendly. The food was great however, it was not as spicy as requested. The place was small but clean inside and outside. There were a great number of food options to choose from. The prices were good, as well."

"First time at this establishment, it's a mom and pop, which is good. They offer tasty chicken at reasonable prices. They also offer hamburgers and chicken sandwiches which I did not try yet. If i'm in the Sacramento area in the future, I will be back for more."

"HFC rocks! The chicken is always fresh and juicy and tender and crispy all at the same time. And it's always like this everytime I order BECAUSE I actually pick it up fresh and eat while its hot. Food is meant to be eaten as the Chef prepares it, not 30 minutes after, not 45 minutes after. All you people who complain about the quality need to check yourself. This place has always come through with fresh food when eaten as it was meant to be eaten. Also, last I check, this is a Fried Chicken Restaurant, not a burger joint. Like me going to a pizza shop and ordering a falafel and it turns out bad....DUH! Keep on Keepin on HFC! You're chicken is definitely First Class!"
