"I had a bad experience during my first visit to your store. I waited in line for 20 minutes while the cashier was busy talking with another customer—exchanging personal stories and numbers—completely ignoring the line. I had to ask the cashier to please focus on helping customers. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful to those waiting. Customers come to your store to do business, and their time should be respected. A simple “Thank you for shopping” at the end would show appreciation and help build long-term customer loyalty. Please train your staff to provide better service. Everyone is busy, and no one likes to feel ignored"
