New York halal taste

"Very nice new halal place. They offer most of the classic NY halal sandwiches and rice dishes. I got to try their chicken over rice platter, which also included a small salad and some French fries with white sauce. It was overall, quite good. The salad was quite forgettable, mostly lettuce. Some dressing and a few cucumbers. The fries were pretty solid. Nicely seasoned and also came with a sauce (maybe garlic sauce, I'm not sure). The chicken was the main part of the meal, and it was good. A little bit tough at some pieces (and some pieces seemed too fatty -- consistency wasn't the best), but overall solid. Not sure what cut of chicken is used. I really like the sauce and rice is oily but fine. Theres another place just like this called Pitt Halal Brothers and I do prefer them over this spot but it's still solid."

"My brother-in-law recommended this spot, and it did not disappoint! The food is fresh and customizable, so you can have it made just the way you like. We ordered the chicken over rice and lamb over rice, both were flavorful, generously portioned, and very affordable. The portions are huge for the price, which makes it even better. Really enjoyed the food and would definitely recommend this place!"
