Shah's Halal Food

"I heard of Shah's when I was in VA. My daughter and her cousins go to school in Pittsburgh and they kept saying how good Shah's was. So first chance I was up here we went to dinner. This is not a fancy place, but if you like a hole in the wall you came to the right place. The staff us super friendly, typical middle eastern hospitality. The food is tasty, go with the lamb, and portions are good, I guarantee you'll be full and maybe take some back home. The price was very reasonable, I highly recommend you give it a try."

"I ordered wings and nuggets from Shah’s Halal through DoorDash, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The order was delivered without the essential white sauce and red sauce, which are a standard part of their meals. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, instead of offering a sincere apology or solution, the staff gave lame excuses and showed no accountability. This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers. A business that cannot handle basic quality control, and then fails to respond properly when contacted, does not deserve any trust. I am giving 1 star only because there is no option for zero. Poor service, careless staff, and zero customer care."
