"Called yesterday to get the price on lamb shoulder. Gentleman tells me they have no meat today, but to come in tomorrow for a fresh delivery. He tells me $9/lb, which is very competitive, so delay my shopping. Today I arrive and notice the meat counter is empty. The gentleman working is speaking with a friend, so I peruse for several minutes while making it obvious I need assistance. He will not pause his conversation, so I finally interrupt to inquire. He tells me they have no meat today. I explain I’ve delayed and driven out of my way because his assurance on the phone. No apology. I really wish I didn’t have such a horrible experience here, because they seem to have their own processor and good prices."
